What’s your favourite product from Hanz de Fuko? With a styling range as established as this, we’re sure you’ll already have a go to product from the brand, but how do you use the rest? In our latest post we’ve broken down every styling product from Hanz de Fuko, explaining what each one is and the best way to utilise the formula.
Hanz de Fuko Claymation is a styling product with super high hold and a matte finish. This innovative formula is a clay-wax texture, combining the best of two other Hanz de Fuko products. The clay is pliable, which makes it easy to restyle your hair throughout the day.
Apply a small amount of product to your hands and warm up before applying to your hair. Best used in dry hair, tousle the product into your roots to create a textured look and twist it through the ends to define the style. Start with a small amount, and build it up until you get the desired style.
Another innovative product from Hanz de Fuko, Gravity Paste creates a natural shine whilst providing high hold. The formula combines beeswax and plant derived ingredients to not only style your hair, but to nourish it too. Gravity Paste has ‘super-grip’ technology, which allows for an effortless style.
Work a small amount into the palms of your hands until it becomes tacky. Use on dry hair, and work through from the root to tip. To ensure product is distributed right, start from the back of your hair and work to the front.
Quicksand by Hanz de Fuko is a dry clay hair styling products, that has high hold and a matte finish. It’s a combination of a wax and dry shampoo, helping to create sculpted styles with no shine. The formula is enriched with ‘diatomaceous earth’, which creates a gritty texture and helps to absorb any excess oil.
Use sparingly and in dry hair. Perfect for the ‘second day’ hair style, when your style needs a pick-me-up. Rub a small amount through your fingertips and work it through the roots of your hair.
The lightweight Modify Pomade from Hanz de Fuko will help to take your hair to the next level. The formula is water soluble, easy to work with, and perfect for a smooth hair style. It’s high shine makes it perfect for a more sophisticated slicked back look, whilst also being suitable for an every day style.
Work the none-greasy formula through the palms of your hands and work through your hair. Can be used in both dry or damp hair to get a different level of shine. If you’re looking to increase the holding power of this product, leave the jar open overnight to allow the formula to thicken.
Scheme Cream was Hanz de Fuko’s first ever formulation. It offers a medium hold with medium shine, and perfectly combines both aspects together to create a universal styling product. It’s enriched with Sesame Seed Oil and Burdock Root which help to promote hair growth, whilst Green Tea and Eucalyptus Oil help to combat dandruff. Not only is this product great for styling, it also helps promote a healthy scalp.
Using sparingly in short hair for a slicked back look. Apply it to your finger tips and work through from the front of your hair to the back. If your hair is of a longer length, apply it the same way, with slightly more product to create a wet-look without the added heaviness.
For the perfect bed-head style, Hanz de Fuko’s Sponge Wax will be your best friend. It’s a medium hold wax, with a matte finish that is completely pliable and can get restyled throughout the day. The formula has a blend of ingredients that separates the hair, whilst adding texture.
Apply a small amount to dry hair, and run your hands through your hair applying the product in all direction. This will add volume, whilst separating the hair to create a voluminous and textured look.
The water-based formula of Hybridized Wax from Hanz de Fuko will help to create a number of styles. Whether you’re after a textured look, an edgy style or a smooth slicked back style, this product does it all. The formula has a combination of oils including eucalyptus, sage and clove leaf to help moisturise and condition your hair, whilst leaving a satin shine.
For a texture look, work a small amount of the product through your finger tips and apply through the roots. Twist the ends of your hair to define the style further. For a smoother, slicked back look, apply the product in damp hair working from the front to the back. Use a comb to control your style and smooth it back further.
