Believe the hype
5I have the most sensitive, ingrown hair prone skin imaginable. This razor is a quality product indeed. It takes some getting used to but with the right mix of oil and shaving cream you get a fantastic close clean shave. I also recommend Anthony razor burn repair and ingrown hair treatment.

5Shaving is an Art!! Master it and you will love it, I used to hate shaving with my mach 3, Quattro, and any other razor. The only razor I ever like was the old school Gillette Sensor, but u can't buy the blades any more!!! So I bought this razor and at first I wasn't very impressed, and that was with using Trumpers Rose Shave Cream. Then I used some Proraso Pre Shave Cream and the Proraso Shaving Soap, and a proper badger brush, and I must Say "THIS RAZOR GIVES A FANTASTIC SHAVE NOW.. AND I HAVE EXTRA SENSITIVE SKIN, BUT IT DOES NOT IRRITATE MY SKIN ONE BIT ANYMORE" BUY IT!!!

The only thing that could help make this piece of German engineering brilliance even better and give you a more enjoyable experience would be to have Danielle Lloyd help you out with your strokes, but on second thoughts if you want to avoid cuts and nicks best do it yourself and save her for after!

Forget Gillette
5Forget Gillette, these razors are immense. Extremely close shave and very, very kind on sensitive skin. Also, the blades are only £3.95 for 10 and last ages!

Very Impressed
5I never ever review anything, but this razor really is impressive. I have Rosacea and have found my skin much improved since using this razor (before I used a mach3). Not sure why exactly but one reason may be that there's only 1 blade not 3, and I think the fact that no pressure needs to be applied is a factor. For me the blades last about a week of shaving daily which isn't bad considering the cost. I used to be the first to grab the latest Gillette gadget but have gone old school now and use Trumpers Coconut Shaving soap and a Badger hair brush. I do really enjoy shaving now. Have been using for 6 months now and can't see myself ever going back!

5This is probably the best razor you can buy. Like most people I thought mach 3 really was the best a man can get. But this razor shaves closer, smoother, looks better, and the blades last much longer. You do need a couple of shaves to get use to the weight. This is probably the best razor you can buy

You Will Love This!
5I must admit I was a bit sceptical about buying this razor after reading all the reviews but its the best bit of kit I have purchased in a long time. A real close shave as long as you take your time and use a good shave cream. Shaving is now a joy. Do It, Get One!

5Don't believe all the stories of bloodletting, I shave my coinpurse dry with the Merkur Futur & Feather blades and have no bother.

Fantastic
5I buy lots of things from Mankind, but this has got to be one of the best buys of them all from my last 3 years with them. Seriously everyone DO NOT LISTEN to the bad reviews. The secret is good preparation and not to rush the shave. I started shaving before I went to bed at first because I have tendancy to rush shaving in the mornings because of little time. The shave is closer and therefore lasts well into the evening next day. If you rush you are likely to cut yourself take your time and let the weight of the razor do the work. Watch the shaving techniques on YOU TUBE as well, these really help. To put things into perspective if the Turkish can use open blade razors on a daily basis in their barbers on thousands of customers and deliver the closest shave with out so much as the slightest nick or cut, this tells you everything, its down to you, getting the technique right, practice and be patience, the rewards are definitely worth it. Your skin condition will improve too with no irritation (which I used to suffer from alot). Buy one and happy shaving!
