Best in it's price range
5This is definitely the best eye roll on in this price range. It certainly helps with dark circles and reduces puffiness under the eyes. More so, the cooling feeling of applying it in the morning really wakes you up and provides a nice boost after you wake up. The ingredients are great. It does what it's supposed to do, and you can't do better without paying double the price!
