Now it’s January, it’s time to treat your body to a healthy detox. Of course, that doesn’t mean your diet has to be bland and tasteless. Berry Blend

Berries are one of the ultimate ingredients when it comes to improving your health. In particular, raspberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and have been shown to help control blood sugar. When consumed, they also activate detoxifying enzymes whilst ginger stimulates digestion, leaving you feeling refreshed on the inside and out. Simply blend the ingredients together and enjoy as a snack or breakfast replacement.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup pitted cherries
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 2tsp grated ginger
  • 1tsp flaxseed
  • 1-2tsp lemon juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 broccoli stem
