Was anyone else gob-smacked watching the Brits 2015? No, I’m not talking about the queen of pop taking a royal tumble (that’s gotta hurt), I’m talking about some of the seriously superb outfits and stylish looks that the men of the music industry rocked on Wednesday night.

With the Oscars after-party after-effects still fresh and the Brits celebrations still ongoing (anyone for a quiet one this weekend?), the past few days have certainly given us a lot of reasons to celebrate not only the world of entertainment, but also the growing realm of men’s style.

Some of the biggest males in music were out in full force on Wednesday night not just to prove that they possess a solid set of lungs, but also to show that they know a thing or two about scrubbing up well for the world. The Brit Awards provided the perfect excuse for our favourite male music idols to define their own individual yet current looks, so check out Mankind’s top stand-out styles from the Brits 2015!

You just can’t talk about the Brits 2015 without giving Sam Smith an honourable mention. This rising star has taken the music industry by storm in the last year, and has seriously impressed us with his suave royal blue suit and crisp white complimentary shirt, sans tie for effective simplicity. If you want to get the same swept-back-and-slick look for your hair, give it a go with some men-ü Liquifflex.

Ed Sheeran

Another success story who is only growing stronger in the world of music, Ed Sheeran nailed the classic smart style for the event, donning a formal waistcoat and reliable black tie. However, he of course put a casual stamp on the ensemble with his signature messy bed-head hair. We hope he’s using some Men Rock Soul Beard Oil to keep his beard in check (and for a bit of music inspiration too!)

Watch out for these guys, they’re looking set to take over a radio near you very soon! Straying from the traditional suit and tie, these lads proved that they have their own style and individual look, and that they’re certainly not afraid to show it. You can rock an iconic cap too with the Farah Vintage 5 Panel Cap.

Marvin Humes, Lionel Richie & Adam Lambert

A few outfits to take in here, but all show just how successfully you can define your individual style as a man. Marvin Humes broke the mould by pairing a smart grey chequered suit with a casual plain black T-Shirt, whilst Lionel Richie made an olive-green shimmering suit jacket the centre piece of his outfit (but be sure to replicate his groomed moustache too with some Lucky Tiger Moustache Wax). At first glance Adam Lambert looks traditional in a full black suit, but look again and the pop of silver from his shirt is enough to make this outfit a memorable one.

Now’s the time to nail the unique fashion and groomed look that you’ve always wanted to try. Take a tip from the boys of the Brits 2015 – a stand-out style is always a winner!

This weekend’s playlist is of course made up of some great tunes from our favourite Brit artists – it would be rude not to!
