As mentioned earlier in the month, sea salt has a whole host of benefits for the skin. From cleansing to exfoliating for smooth, clear skin, this effective ingredient is a must-have for any summer bodycare regime. One of the best ways to incorporate it in is by using sea salt body scrubs. Incredibly quick and simple to use, they’ll keep your skin in its best possible condition from head to toe.
Step 1. Shower – Start off by stepping into the bath or shower to wet the skin. Make sure that the water is warm-to-hot in temperature and wait for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin.
Step 2. Scrub – Step away from the running water or stand up in the bath and begin to rub the salt scrub into the skin. Make sure to apply in circular motions with gentle pressure to avoid causing damage.
Step 3. Rinse – Simply rinse away the sea salt scrub to remove both product and any dead skin cells or dirt which it has removed from your body. Dry off and apply a body moisturiser to protect the fresh skin.
