It does help
This definitely made my scalp feel less itchy when I have used it compared to when I haven't. I also disagree with the review which said it leaves your hair greasy-not had that experience myself and I already have a greasy scalp.

No results for me
I was hoping that this will really help to balance my scalp. I started using it on a regular basis and after almost two months I haven't seen any improvements although I don't have big problems with my flaky scalp. So I was quite hoping that this will fix it for good. I do like the smell and the packaging but that’s it. No results, no improvements and I do feel that it adds a bit of grease to the hair. Won't buy this again.

This works
I've posted about this product before, but I thought I'd give it time and do an update. This product really works. I've had really bad eczema on my scalp for years and nothing could touch it - even the doctors and consultants have given up. I started using the Phyto dandruff shampoos which worked a little, but then i read one of the reviews on here for this product and thought I'd give it a go. I did and was pleasantly surprised. I've been using it for about two months and it's really reduced the itch, the redness and the flakes. It's not flake free, but it's much better than it was. The only problem with it is that you'll go through more than one bottle a month, which isn't that much of a problem.

It has changed my life
Phyto Phytheol Purifying Anti-Dandruff Lotion has revolutionised my life. I am 30 years old and have been suffering from Seborrhoeic dermatitis on my scalp for 16 years. I've tried every possible product available on the market to reduce and control my symptoms, as there is no cure, but I have never been able to get rid of the thick peelings from behind my ear or to reduce the redness. I have tried everything, even steroids, and nothing works on a long-term basis. I saw an advert for this in a magazine and ordered it from Mankind, and started using it once a day as per instructions. For a week, nothing happened but on the 9th day my itchiness just stopped and the redness turned pink. After two weeks, the flakes got much smaller, but I still had dandruff. After three weeks, my redness was gone, there was no itching and the big flakes almost disappeared. Not only that, but the amount of dandruff I had got reduced by at least 30%. I've been using this lotion for three months now and I'd say only 5% of the dandruff remains, which goes if I use the lotion twice a day, and even the worst areas behind my ear are totally under control. I thought my skin would get used to it and the lotion would stop working but it hasn't happened. I haven't missed a single day of applying this lotion all over my scalp. It has a lovely smell and also softens my hair. I feel extremely happy and liberated from scratching, itching and the feeling of a calm scalp after 16 years is just amazing! It's priceless for me, and I only encourage everyone to try it.
