Stupendous
I love this product. As a regular marathon runner this really relaxes my tired leg muscles after a long training run. The smell is also really calming.

This Bracing Silver Birch Thermal Salts Muscle Soak is better than the Elemis Aching Muscle stuff which costs around double this product. Get the set with the shower gel and you will not be disappointed. It smells fantastic and leaves your skin feeling warmed.

Highly recommended to anyone - actively involved in sports or not.
Really aids relaxation, calms the mind whilst refreshing the muscles. Absorbs easily into the skin leaving it enriched and toned. I prefer the clean, uplifting tones of this to the Hydrosoak - do not overlook this product thinking its purely for sports recovery.
