Power Wash from Lab Series is a concentrated gel that deep cleans and unclogs pores. Conditioning the skin it primes the beard for a closer shave. Great BUT....
An excellent product, but what happened to the pump dispenser? It dispensed the exact amount per wash and lasted ages. Is it a deliberate ploy to make use more than we need to?

Very good product but pricey
I still prefer Anthony face cleanser but this is a very good product and a lot more effective on my oily skin than most other products.

Very good indeed!
The first face wash I've used and I'm not disappointed. Quite the opposite, this stuff is really good to get your face super clean. Doesn't leave it dry at all, which is a bonus.

Wanted to like this, but...
I really wanted to like this product. The first few days I used it, skin was clear, etc. But I did notice the shaves were really rough after using this. Several days later, I noticed I would break out in spots. I tried this off and on with the cleanser over a period of a year, and it's just not a match for my skin. Really looking forward to the new Oil Control Face Wash that is being launched February 2007.

Excellent but strong product
Definitely cleans well but is pretty strong and does leave the skin a little tight - you may need a thicker than usual moisturiser to follow up. One small criticism - it does smell a bit 'chemical'.

One of the best...
I have tried a number of facial washes, including the 'Bestseller', Zirh Clean. What can I say, this beats all the other facial washes hands down. Why this product is not a in the top ten best sellers is a mystery to me.

excellent product
I have been using this for quite a long time, good value compared to some other similar products as last for ages, the slightest amount gives a good lather, it also has a light exfoliating actions as well. Good for oily skin

Breakouts
I've been using this product for 3 weeks now. Initially my face was reasonably well kept by my Clinique Face Wash, I had the occasional spot here and there but that was it.Once I started using the Power wash it cleaned my face so much. My pores were incredibly clean, my face was smooth and I could really feel it working. It doesn't wash off completely and I guess it could be part of its charm. The fact that some of it stays after I've attempted to wash it off didn't bother me at all. I very much liked the clean feeling.The problems started occurring a few days after I started using it. The areas where I had a little acne spot became whole red patches covered with acne. My theory is that this product cleaned everything so much that it opened up the pores only to allow the acne bacteria to get in.I may give it another go once my face clears up completely but for now it goes in the draws.Regarding dryness, it did not dry up my skin more than the necessary. As long as it doesn't make my face flaky it's good and I didn't need to apply moisturiser.As a pre-shave wash it didn't have any effect on the closeness of my shaves or the irritation.Conclusion: It really is a power wash, it will give your face a deep clean but with that come some problems too (breakouts for me). It's a hit or miss. If you ask me, play it safe and buy nivea's sensitive facewash. I know I'm going back to it.

Not for everyone
This was simply too powerful for me, leaving my skin dry and flaky. If you've got oily skin this is worth a try though.
