this is really good stuff and does help me for aches and pains as I think I have arthiritis on my feet so it actually soothes them but the smell is a bit strong at first for myself but does go away. so would recommend

surprising results
This product totally delivers as promised. I have various aches and pains from my training as a powerlifter, and wasn't expecting much from this product. However, I have found it to actually make a noticeable difference in muscle soreness. When applied, it gives off a cooling sensation which feels very pleasant on your joints and muscles. For me, Dragon Ice has definitely proven to be something worth buying. If you have problems with muscle soreness, It's not going to get rid of them, but it should certainly ease pain and aid in recovery.

Soothing muscle rub
Bought the Dragon Ice Relief & Recovery Balm 118ml for relief of muscle pain post weight-lifting. Very effective and I find has sped up my recovery post workout.

Dragon Ice Balm - Jack Black
Excellent product. A pleasure to use and very effective in dealing with a number of muscular and joint pain afflictions. It is a bit on the pricy side, bearing in mind the size of the tube, but the balm is very concentrated and a little does go a long way.

Spondylitis
I suffer from Spondylitus which basically means extreme soreness in the back or sciatic nerve or neck and shoulder areas. This is the only product I have found that actually takes away the pain. I have tried antiinflamitories as well as heat lotions but this is amazing. HIGHLY recommended!
