Directions of Use:

Really good!
The smell is great, the scrub works just fine and leaves a nice feel to the skin. It is perhaps just a little too aggressive on sensitive spots of the body

Effective
Leaves a slick and tingly feel. Would recommend using in the bath as it soaks off into the water as opposed to the drain. Used on a nasty knock from sport and brought out the bruising after a couple of days (presumably the arnica).
