Weak hold
The product is not bad, I like how matte it is, but the hold is weak, it is far from what you get with Hanz de Fuko Claymation. But it's easier to wash.

very good product, but this isn't the one you get from the USA. That one is a lot better. This one doesn't hold as well (its still very good)... but the other one which you can get imported directly from hanz de fuko is slightly better. still well worth a buy though and mankind's customer service is always top notch !

Not as good as the imported product
I have bought this direct from Hanz de Fuko previously and had them deliver the product. As delivery took a long time I decided to use a UK supplier this time. I was disappointed that this doesn't seem like the same product. This is instead much more like the claymation product they do. I am not sure whether they have changed the formula or whether the product supplied to UK distributors is different but it certainly isn't the same product.

Fantastic product
Hanz de Fuko Quicksand is probably the most unique hair product I've ever used. 100% organic, it offers a dry matte finish and a strong hold, it's perfect if you're looking for a high volume style. With it being quite a dry product there is no risk of your hair looking too shiney unlike a gel or wax and you don't need to use a lot of it to achieve the desired look. It has a pleasant smell and is easily washed out of your hair. I've tried a lot of waxes, gels and clays but I can't recommend Quicksand highly enough, it's a fantastic styling product.
