Can't foam for love nor money
As title states, surprising for something that says foaming in the name, doesn't foam up at all. is this a joke I'm not in on? Are the audience laughing as I furiously try and lather it up? Anyway it smells nice, but doesn't spread easy and leaves my hands and face feeling odd. Cannot recommend
