Useful
I used this for just over a month and pretty much kept to recommended dosage schedule - it appeared to make my skin less dry, smoother and minor acne seemed to fade out. However, it didn't shift the red bumps on my arms (keratosis pilaris), although they did feel flatter but that could have been from my seperate derm-abrasion regime. I might return to this supplement after I've made more progress unblocking my skin pores - next I will try anthony logitistics mud scrub bar and murad aha/bha cleanser.
