Stick to clarins
Thought I would try this but I'm going back to clarins. Face is dry as it's ever been. Could have bought Nivea for 3 quid and had better results

Improves appearance and brightens your face
Like other Menscience products, I have found their face lotion to be excellent, but slightly overpriced. Nonetheless, it certainly is a great product. I found it to noticeably smooth and even out my skin tone, making my skin more elastic and basically more vibrant looking. On top of that, it has also made my face a lot softer. The downside is that I do think it makes my skin more sensitive to sun exposure, which I think is a big downside. Also, since it is oil free, occasionally my skin will dry up in areas where I've used benzyl peroxide, and I'll need a bit more oil to keep these areas moisturised. All in all, this is a great product that definitely delivers more than most high/mid range face lotions.

This moisturiser really helped my skin become smoother, clearer and brighter. Although it is oil free, it does not offer any matte results (at least in my case, I have very oily skin), nor it promises such a thing. It moisturises well but at the end of the day my face becomes an oil slick. Maybe this would be more suitable for men with dry skin (are there any?).

Expensive and not all that great. It will leave a semi-matte finish and a little stickiness. It wasn't as hydrating as you'd expect. More of a night time moisturiser, especially with the high concentration of ingredients that will leave your skin sensitive to sun exposure. However, on the plus side the salicylic acid is good for helping to prevent blackheads and breakouts. It will also improve the texture of your skin and smooth it out.

Excellent Product
Firstly, although this is an expensive product, I have found that it lasts very well as you do not need to use an awful lot on each application. Certainly when compared with other, slightly, cheaper brands I have found this goes a lot further. In terms of the product's performance, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I have combination skin that gets greasy on the nose and forehead but very dry and tight around the mouth. Since using this, along with some of the other Menscience range, I have found that my skin is much more balanced and has a far more even tone and semi-matt feel to it. I'm very, very pleased

I've been using this product for just over a week and really like it- it's very light but still does the job in keeping my skin moisturised without seeming too oily. I've got really sensitive skin too and this hasn't caused any adverse reactions. Happy with the purchase!
