Harsh.
It does help with dandruff, but it is way too harsh. My hair was dried out heavily and my scalp was really itchy after every use. I think there’s gentler ways of dealing with dandruff out there like piroctone olamine/salicylic acid shampoos. Or just standard old Nizoral (ketoconazol).
