With unique pearl suspension, the eyeshadow creates a wet look shine without actually being wet, and remains comfortable on lids with its dose of conditioning Betaine, which helps to prevent dryness. Formulated with Gellan Gum, a special gelling agent that lends the eyeshadow its pudding-like texture while forming a film to keep the sparkle in place.
