Close but no cigar
Having successfully used Clinique pre electric lotion until they decided to cease production, I have been using Kyoku electric pre-shave optimizer which is fine. For a change I thought I would try the Billy Jealousy Lightning Bolt electric pre-shave and am disappointed. For me, any pre electric shave product must have some lubricant as a key element otherwise the shaver is just going to drag across dry skin. The Billy Jealousy is a gel which I thought would do the business, but it dries very quickly and has no lubricant properties at all. I use the top of the range Philishave and the heads get hot when shaving dry skin, so I will be going back to the Kyokun. S Shame, but you only find out after trying the product.
