Fresh & Clean
Never used a Toner before and for a newbie these are great, they leave my skin feeling fresh and clear. I have slightly oily skin and use these in conjunction with an oil control moisturiser. Would definitely recommend.

I'll be sticking with the bottled version in future. I think I got a pack with a faulty seal as the top third of these pads were bone dry only becoming moist enough halfway down the pack. Bottled version is far better value.

Brilliant
