    To use warm: Place the mask in hot water. Remove and dry. Place over the eye area, if needed use a facial cloth or flannel to wrap the mask in.

    To use cold: Place the mask the fridge or freezer. Remove and place over the eye area, again if needed use a facial cloth or flannel to wrap the mask in.

    "I have been after one of these for a while , it latest two uses and then it split and the blue gel started leaking. You can get these other places but I expected better quailty"
