After having used American Crew Fiber for over 7 years (which is an exceptional product), I finally decided to try something different. I would say the hold on the Moulder Professional Hair Shaper is slightly weaker, which I prefer. It smells significantly better and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a matte finish that doesn't weigh hair down, with a pliable hold.

Tip top

Have always used American crew products for the last 10 years fluctuating between fibre and clay. Not only does this stuff smell better it looks a lot more natural on the barnet. Perfect for my indie, mod style.

Best hair product!

After being converted to AC fiber just recently I didn't expect to find a better hair product. But after some good reviews on the mankind website I decided to give the hair bond moulder a go. So very glad I did. It's the best hair product I've ever used. It smells awesome appley peach like and gives great hold and texture. It also lasts all day. Won't look anywhere else from now on.

Hairbond moulder

I was recommended Moulder Professional Hair Shaper by a friend in the industry and it is fantastic. Does exactly what is says on the tin, it is not greasy or too hard etc. It has a good smell, works into your hair easily and stays in all day. Very happy. It is also a really big pot and you hardly need any so this should last for a long while!

Wow

Wow, really impressed with this Moulder Professional Hair Shaper. Apple scented (always a plus). Seems to wash off easily which in my opinion is a great time saver. But the hold/look makes it worth every penny. Doesn't look clumpy/greasy etc, just strong and natural. Totally recommend!

A truly great product !

Great All Rounder

This is a great all round product whether you have thick or thin hair. It adds great chunky texture and feels great in my hair. The smell is pretty decent, that being of peaches. The only downside to it is that the hold is only medium. In other words I find I have to blow-dry my hair first in the morning just to keep it up all day. But all in all a great product.

Loving this...

I have been a stalwart user of AC Fiber for years. I thought I would give this Hairbond a go; I was hesitant. I have been very impressed. It gives the look of fullness and is not sticky or clumpy. It smells great (apples) and seems to have an insight into how I want my hair to look! Definitely changing brands.

Excellent

This product has a lovely apple fragrance to it, an added bonus to what is a fantastic hair styler. Don't be put off by the price - the amount of non-greasy matt hold you get from a fingertip-sized amount of product means that one pot will last for ages. Gives a fantastic matt hold that lasts all day, & washes out easily.

Hairbond moulder on Asian hair

Really like the texture this moulder gives to my hair, not too dry looking and and it doesn't make your hair look like margarine applied on top. Easily washable and perfect for fawhawk hairstyle. A+

Better than I expected!!

I am female and this product was recommended to me by a male hairdresser who uses it himself. I have short hair and this product is very good however you do not need to use as much as most products! Very impressed with product and would like to try other products in the range. Had never heard of it before and I am a product junkie.

Unique hair product

This is quite a special product. I have hair that is relatively thick but totally straight and without any texture or character. Wax fails to add the required texture and body to my hair, same for gel and most products that call themselves 'clay'. Of the two products that do work on my hair type they both have two massive downsides. The hair looks matt and dry, but feels horribly greasy to the touch, and also slides off my hair and on to my forehead during the day. Not nice. This product solves all of those issues. It feels (and smells) like the kind of mousse you'd eat rather than put in your hair. It's pretty light and fluffy and I was super sceptical about it's ability to provide texture, volume, style and hold. How wrong was I. This product provides an excellent matt finish with crazy volume and texture. Dries quickly in the hair and doesn't fall out by the end of the day. It's quite unlike any hair product I've used. Great value too.

Hairbond Moulder is really amazing. I have tested a lot of different hair shapers in Germany and none of these have answered my expectation. I love the smell of apple, the matte finish and I can finally get the perfect hairstyle. I love it.

It is a rarest of occasions when I give a product a top rating because I am a very particular person. I had been watching several hair tutorials on YouTube prior to my purchasing "Hairbond Moulder" because I was tired of the many products available on the Australian market that were not getting the job done to my satisfaction, and I desperately needed something new! The ordering process was very simple and the product arrived within two weeks. The first thing one will notice about "Moulder" is the sleek and sophisticated packaging. I am so impressed that I keep it on the bathroom bench rather than hiding it away in the cupboard. Furthermore, once I opened the container I was blown away by the amazing scent of the wax. It is a mix of apples and something else that escapes my mind, but it is so fresh that I couldn't wait to get started. The instructions on the side of the container say to cover your palms with the wax and work into dry hair. I would strongly recommend following the "dry hair" part. This is because the product has great hold and if you were to use it on wet hair, it would be difficult to rework the hair once it is dry. I love how this wax is so easy to apply through the hair. I have found it best to spread it onto your finger tips and work from the roots up, then put it all into place. You can use the "Moulder" to create texture, spikes, smoothness; however you style your hair, this product can make it happen. My favourite feature is that my hair looks very natural and as though I have no product in it at all. There is very little shine, and most importantly - no grease! Are you after a hair product that looks and smells amazing, and most importantly WORKS?! I would definitely recommend buying the "Hairbond Moulder."

This product does exactly what it says. A matte finish paste (really matte), very easy to apply, it doesn't make the hair look greasy even at the end of the day, after more than ten hours with it on. It allows you to create the exact style you desire.

Excellent product, been looking for a product that has great hold but isn't too greasy! I have found it! Smells ace and as the old saying goes you only get what you pay for! Well worth a purchase!
