Protein
Packed with 42g of protein per serving of our BioMAX blend of whey proteins which includes whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein, to support gains muscle mass and aid recovery after exercise.
BCAAs
Contains 9.5g of BCAAs per serving, of which 4.4g are from leucine. The three BCAAs are leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are essential as they cannot be synthesised by the human body.
Carbohydrate
Each serving contains 51.3g of carbohydrate of which the majority is complex carbohydrates, perfect for getting those all important calories on board.
Creatine Monohydrate
Contains 3.5g of maxpure creatine monohydrate (per serving) for increased muscle size and strength.
HMB
Contains 3g of calcium beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate (calcium HMB) (per daily serving). HMB is a metabolite of the essential branch chain amino acid leucine.
Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)
A source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). These are alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) and linoleic acid (omega-6). These fats are essential as they can’t be made in the body and have to be provided by our diet.
