It's a shaving brush
Exactly as in the picture and does what a shaving brush should do. Never had one before so can't compare but I have no grumbles.

Good Brush, But Buyer Cation
People looking for an affordable and reliable first shaving brush should look no further. BUT CAUTION, the item listed looks very different from the image displayed on this site. My advice is to Google this product for a more accurate display, the handle is shorter and the brush itself is white with no markings on. Not a bad thing but still worth noticing to potential customers.

better than expected
Very good brush, helps generate a good lather and excellent price, only problem I've noticed are a few stray bristles coming out every time i shave but for the money it is very good.
