Gentle...hair remains hydrated.
Cowshed Gentle Shampoo is great if you have dry hair, I tend to use this shampoo on most days, then I will use a deeper shampoo once week. Very happy to find a gentle shampoo I can use reguarly without drying my hair out. It doesn't lather that much, so I use little bit, wash it out and then do second shampoo to get the lather.
