Excellent product
I have bought Protect - Environment Defence Moisturiser from the site mankind. It is the best site for all the man's product's. I use the protect after the clean and keeps my skin very fresh. Excellent product, I will order again.
Protect
Wow, this moisturizer is like a gift from up above. My skin was GLOWING on those days.. it is a bit thick though, and this product would be even better if it was a bit lighter but it doesnt really matter because it doesnt leave a greasy or tacky feeling your skin after you apply it and it moisturizes sooo good.

my favourite
As far as I'm concerned the best moisturizer ever! Have been using several brands but this protect is the winner. Thick and rich cream which protects excellent all year round. My skin feels nourished and smooth after using. I only use about two a year, so it is economically too. Smells great as well! I'm sorry all the others but for me this one stays number one forever.
Excellent as night moisturiser
I use protect only as a night moisturiser as its too greasy for the day and contains AHAs without sufficient SPF. Its a great AHA moisturiser with antioxidant vitamins as well and smoothes, renews, and softens skin.
Good value for money
Can't really complain bearing in mind the value for money (it's 100ml), but the product IS a bit heavy and greasy. Still recommend it, though. It absorbs well and has SPF8.
Not too heavy..
I found protect not too heavy when you use it lightly and with correct beforehand. What I like about it is that its got AHAs which is rare to find in a moisturiser. In a face wash, it would wash away and have no effect..
Very Good Moisturiser
This is probably the best moisturiser I have brought, it can leave your skin a little greasy if you use allot. I found you don't really need that much and seems to work quite well if you work it into your skin a bit. It smells good too which is a bonus. Definitely recommend over the lab series one (which has SPF15) as the lab series left my skin quite dry. The only let down on this I feel is the packaging, which is a foil tube, its great at first but when it starts to run low it folds, breaks and can have sharp edges, and is then very hard to get out. But all in all, its very good, and if you've got dry skin. Definitely recommend.
Good for Winter
The cream can be quite heavy for summer, but in winter when my skin can get a bit dry it was excellent. Quickly absorbed and without making my face feel sticky.
Very good - suits me
As mentioned in the many of the other reviews, this is quite a heavy moisturiser. But I find it very effective and long-lasting when used sparingly. Smarts ever so slightly when applied just after shaving, but not a problem.

Too Heavy!
This is by far the thickest I have ever used, also it stings a bit after shaving…Smells nice though.
Good but a bit heavy!
The stuff I rated good because it smells great and does moisturise my skin but it tends to be heavy at times. I usually use a combination of Nickel to get it right. apart from that I recommend it.
Good but too Greasy
I found the Zirh Defend to be a much better (lighter and nicer smelling) product than this - also the same price.
NOT GOOD FOR OILY SKIN!!
I have normal to slightly oily skin and Zirh Protect made my skin extremely oily.. I switched to Zirh for a while, using Clean correct and protect. I actually started getting pimples. Zirh says Protect is meant for oily skin but I cant understand how that it would work for any type of skin except extremely dry skin.
Not heavy and not moisturising enough
I have used Protect with the Zirh 'core regimen' both now for dry skin (Wash/Correct/Defend) and for normal/oily skin (Clean/Correct/Protect.) As for Protect, I have to say it simply does not moisturise enough. The ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, are designed to work with moisture in your skin and in the air by bonding it to the skin. What this means for people with oily skin is that it will seem really heavy ('oil slick' as one reviewer commented), whereas for people with dry/very dry skin, it will hydrate for a few minutes and then literally disappear. For dry skin, it will not moisturise; that is the bottom line. Otherwise, the AHA's and other ingredients do little (in my experience of 3 weeks daily usage) to improve the condition of the skin. Smells great, has a hard-to-describe marine smell, but other than that, pointless.

Really greasy.
Very greasy product that leaves a residue. Need to get a cloth and pat the face to get rid of the shine. Tube is metal so not good either as soon as you open it (if its been squashed or squeezed slightly while unopened) it squirts everywhere and you waste half the stuff!

Thick and Greasy!!!
I have tested practically the entire Zirh range including this product, the only product that I would recommend is Zirh Correct pre-moisturizer facial serum. I've tried A LOT of the most expensive men's face creams, but have yet to find anything that compares to the relatively inexpensive Nivea for Men Rehydrating Moisturising Lotion SPF 15. When it comes to skin creams, Nivea is one of, if not, THE best!!
Yet another terrible Zirh product
The blurb says its non-oily but this is the oiliest moisturiser I have ever seen. A thick cream that feels far too heavy and greasy. Avoid.
