definitely exfoliates
it works quite well as a cheapi-sh replacement daily soap bar and actually makes your skin feel cleaner (from exfoliating i guess) than regular soap whilst retaining more moisture. Only downsides are that it's too harsh for the face and can cause blistering if used too much on thinner areas of skin - but cutting back on use for a few days normally resolves that.

alpha hydroxy soap bar
this worked really well for me, cheap and very effective, much better than acnease tablets, and a lot cheaper!
