I love American Crew. I usually go for the green label 'Forming Cream' but I chose the wrong product for some reason on this order. But hey ho, I thought I'd give it a go. This product isn't for me. It would probably work better if your hair was very short and messy in style. Mine is a bit longer. Even using a bit of this product, it felt very heavy and left my hair looking quite greasy. Choose wisely!

Ideal for short hair, as any longer would just end in a frizzy mess. Great hold that lasts throughout the day, but 1 star deducted for being a chore to wash off the hands after application

If you want something that is better quality than a gel but delivers a similar look then this is deffinently the perfect product for you, it delivers a high shine with good pliable hold that instantly adds a suttle spikey look (not as spikey as a gel so it looks much better, not like your in primary school). I've heard that the smell isn't that great i will admit that it isn't as as nice as the other american crew products but it is still deffinently a pleasnt clean smell, I think somebody said that the smell was that awful that they had to spray aftershave on there head that is completely not the case, and I don't think american crew would let guys walk around smelling like a bin due all of there expert advice on grooming, so all in all its much better than a gel but with a similar look.
