Have been using this product since it was recommended to me. Its great stuff and gives body and shine to my dry and brittle hair - it's a wonder cream!

A lot of reviews seem put off by the shine and greasy look but this is exactly what it's supposed to be like. This is a classic type styling product which works really well for pompadour styles and crazy quiffs. The hold is high, which I often find not to be the case with AC products. It can be quite difficult to wash out, does get quite firm in your hair and doesn't smell all that great. I'd recommend this for people who have longer hair on top and want an Elvis hairstyle, messy quiff or side parted style. Do keep in mind that it is very high shine and will make your hair look quite wet and done up.

I have been buying American Crew Grooming Cream for a while on line from another supplier and thought I needed to shop around. Found Mankind, American Crew grooming cream still a great product and now I have it at a better price with improved delivery.

I've used American Crew Grooming Cream for years. Works well with my hair which left to it's own devices looks like an outside broadcast microphone! I find it is best used when your hair is still slightly damp for a better finish. Leaves my hair with soft wavy curls. The chix dig it too!

In my opinion this stuff holds firmer than fiber.. but it's not without it's drawbacks. As the overview states it's a high hold product but what makes this different from the other American Crew products is it's also very high gloss / shine.

This is like a easy wash wax, it shouldn't really be called a cream, it's like wax. Does hold, but not good for extreme styles, like it says, just for short styles; maybe to add some shine and a little quiff. Only thing I hate about this, is it's god awful smell, it seriously wreaks. The other AC products have a nice scent to them, this one is really horrible. I've used it all but once and had to spray some aftershave on my hair just to smell a little better. Go for the Forming Cream or the Fiber, both far superior to this and with a nice smell!

Makes my hair look extremely greasy and makes it feel extremely greasy for a very long time. The smell makes me want to puke. Something I regret purchasing, but now I have it it's something I'll put in my gym bag just to make sure it get's used.
