  • 150g brown sugar

Method:

Start by melting the oil and chocolate together on low heat. Once these are melted and combined, you can then throw in all of the ingredients (except for the egg at this stage) and crush the avocado in to the mixture like your life depended on it.

After you’ve created a creamy, thick, smooth texture (we’re drooling already), beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then continue to add them to the rest of the mixture. Once the ingredients are combined and the texture is smooth throughout, you can then chuck the entire mixture in to a tin and pop it in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees (gas mark 4).

Once cooled, cut them babies up and enjoy your avocado brownie Easter treats!

Your avocado brownies should have a delicious crunch on the outside, with a gooey rich texture inside. Perfect for any occasion.
